Replacement lithium iron phosphate battery from lead (12V/24V/48V)

Would you like to replace your lithium battery without changing your charger?

Lead batteries have a short cycle life and gradually experience capacity decline, requiring management and maintenance. Would you consider switching to lithium batteries to reduce maintenance and replacement costs? <Advantages compared to lead-acid batteries> - Lightweight: Can be reduced to less than half the weight of a standard lead battery. - Long operating time: Can maintain high voltage for a longer period, resulting in extended operating time until the equipment's cutoff voltage. - Reduced replacement frequency: Durable against deep discharges, significantly extending cycle life compared to lead batteries. - Easy storage: Low self-discharge means no need for recharging after vacations or equipment maintenance. - Resistant to temperature variations: Can be used in temperature environments ranging from 5°C to 40°C. - Cost control: Total costs can be reduced. - No need for equipment changes: The main equipment and surrounding devices such as chargers can be used as is.

From Lead to Lithium: A Battery Replacement Solution with Reduced Initial Investment

No need to replace the charger when switching from lead batteries! Minimize equipment investment and achieve the long lifespan and high efficiency of lithium.

Existing chargers can be reused as is. The cost of replacing with a lithium-specific charger and the electrical work for installation will be reduced to "zero." A smooth transition utilizing existing infrastructure is possible. No modifications needed on the vehicle side (plug-in replacement). By customizing the shape and voltage to match existing lead batteries, operations can start simply by swapping them out without changing the circuit design on the vehicle side. Extending lifespan reduces the "number of replacements." With a cycle life more than three times that of lead batteries, future battery replacement costs can be significantly minimized. Support for small lots and shortest delivery times. Replacement can be done from just one unit. Instead of changing all vehicles at once, it is possible to first trial with one unit and then gradually proceed with lithium conversion according to your budget. "Fail-proof" implementation support through domestic in-house inspection. Vehicle specifications are checked in advance, and shipments are made with optimal settings. Hidden costs due to post-implementation troubles are thoroughly eliminated.

Operating principles, development challenges, and future prospects of next-generation secondary batteries.

Research trends, possibilities, and points to be addressed regarding sodium cluster secondary batteries and organic secondary batteries: high energy density, safety, and application prospects.

**Part 1:** High-performance batteries are being sought as next-generation batteries, and the market for secondary batteries is emerging in two types: mobile and stationary. The latter is a market where cost is prioritized, but considering future resource risks, the concept of sodium secondary batteries is emerging. **Part 2:** In this lecture, I would like to explain a new type of secondary battery that uses metal cluster complexes (molecular clusters) and their nano-composites as positive electrode active materials, discussing their principles, performance, and reaction mechanisms, as well as the potential for these to exceed the performance of currently mainstream lithium-ion batteries. **Part 3:** Various approaches are being taken to develop new secondary batteries that can handle energy more efficiently. "Multi-electron organic secondary batteries" are a new type of secondary battery that utilizes multi-electron reactions of organic compounds for charging and discharging, and are expected to feature high energy density, safety, low environmental impact, and low cost. The lecture will introduce the operating principles, development status, and future prospects of such multi-electron organic secondary batteries, and discuss their potential as next-generation secondary batteries.

Mechanism, Analysis, and Suppression of Gas Generation in Electrolytes of Li-ion Secondary Batteries

Gas generation is an important issue that leads to the deterioration of not only battery performance but also the reliability of industrial products! Does your company have any measures in place for this?

**Lecture Summary** In lithium batteries, gas generation can occur from the battery's constituent materials. This is particularly closely related to the stability of the electrolyte. Gas generation is a significant issue that leads not only to a decline in battery performance but also to a deterioration in the reliability of industrial products. This lecture will discuss the mechanisms of gas generation and suppression strategies from the perspective of battery materials.
