Additionally, because rolled screws undergo plastic deformation that does not disrupt the material's structure, they do not compromise the inherent strength of the material. In contrast, cutting screws disrupt the material's structure, leading to reduced fracture toughness and increased crack propagation speed. The screw parts of our products correspond to JIS B 0205 (Grade 2), JIS B 0207 (Grade 2), JIS B 0206 (2A), and JIS B 0208 (2A).
