Our company specializes in the machining of various metal parts related to machine tools, semiconductors, medical machinery, industrial machinery, dedicated machines, and jigs, using cutting processes (such as lathes, machining centers, slotting machines, and broaching machines) and grinding processes (flat and outer diameter) to accommodate small-batch production of a wide variety of items. - We handle a wide range of materials including steel, castings, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper alloys. - We have a large selection of tools tailored to various materials, so the occurrence of additional tool costs is very rare. - We also have a variety of screw gauges, including limit gauges for through and blind holes (some standard screw gauges are available), and various measuring instruments, eliminating the hassle of borrowing and lending. In recent years, we have been able to address the increasing demand from many customers for internal keyway machining through cutting processes using slotting and broaching machines. - Our slotting machine allows us to shape our own cutting tools, enabling us to accommodate a wide range of groove widths. - We ensure the transmission of skills, so there are no issues with being unable to respond due to the absence of experienced technicians.
