Shin'ya Plastic Manufacturing is a comprehensive molding processing company based on resin materials, engaged in mold design and manufacturing, as well as injection molding business. Business Activities
◎ Precision plastic molding processing and mold design/manufacturing - We also accept orders for mold manufacturing only. - Realization of operationalization through FA production lines for molding machines. We possess molding machines with clamping forces suitable for small molding, ranging from 20t to 100t. - We accommodate small-batch production of various molded products and insert molding. ◎ Main materials used - ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) - PC (Polycarbonate) - POM (Polyoxymethylene) - PE (Polyethylene) - PP (Polypropylene) - PS (Polystyrene) - PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) - LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) - PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) - TPU/TPE (Elastomers) * Depending on the grade, various features such as high fluidity, weather resistance, and glass-filled flame retardancy (UL compliant) are available. ◎ Main product applications - Semiconductor transport trays (2-inch, 3-inch, 4-inch) - Gas detector components - Medical testing products - Medical machine parts - Construction-related components - Hydraulic equipment parts - Antenna cases
