It is an actual machine-based aluminum melting furnace. Melting capacity: 150 kg/h Melting: Hydrogen combustion gas burner Holding: Electric heater ◇ Painting Drying Furnace (Testing Equipment) Using equipment that is comparable to actual production sites, tests can be conducted with four different heat sources. It accommodates various types of workpieces. In the fiscal year 2023, we conducted optimization tests of heat sources with approximately 20 customers. ◇ Direct Combustion Deodorization Device (On-site Testing Available) A movable demo unit that can conduct tests using actual odors at customer factories. - Treatable components: VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and various other odors. - Treatment capacity/temperature: Max. 1.0 m³N/min / 760℃ ⚪︎ Hydrogen Combustion Gas Burner As a manufacturer of industrial gas burners, we are advancing the adaptation of our existing lineup to hydrogen. High Efficiency Regenerative Radiant Tube Burner [RTR Gas Burner]

Tube thermal efficiency of over 80%! The burner features a dual-unit switchable heat storage combustion system, allowing for compact and high-load indirect heating.

A regenerative burner with an indirect heating method that enables tube efficiency of over 80% (based on exhaust loss). The heat storage medium built into the burner uses a low-pressure loss ceramic porous body. The regenerative system typically alternates between a pair of two burners (regenerative burners) integrated with the heat storage medium, igniting them at intervals of several tens of seconds. When one burner is combusting, its exhaust is discharged through the heat storage medium of the other burner, and when that burner ignites next, the combustion air is preheated using the heat storage medium to recover exhaust heat. High emissivity enables proximity heating【Radiant Cup Burner】

It has a high emissivity and allows for proximity heating for complete combustion.

The cup is made of lightweight refractory material (ceramic wool molded product) and, after ignition, quickly radiates infrared from the surface of the cup while generating high-temperature heat flow from the flame. 【Features】 1. It is a burner with a high emissivity. The cup shape is designed for optimal surface radiation, allowing for radiant heating including the furnace walls. 2. Proximity heating is possible. Since the flame completely burns on the burner cup surface, proximity heating is achievable, enabling a more compact design. 3. Easy installation due to lightweight. The use of lightweight refractory materials makes the burner lightweight. 4. Heating direction is flexible. Heating can be directed upwards, downwards, or sideways. 5. Resistant to heat cracks.
