This is a high-speed jet burner suitable for melting inorganic materials, specifically designed for oil fuel. Typically, an oxygen enrichment of 2% (or an equivalent amount of oxygen using an oxygen burner or undershot oxygen lance) results in a production increase of 15-20% and a reduction in fuel consumption of about 15%. However, these values may vary depending on the application and usage. Additionally, if all fuel air is replaced with oxygen (that is, if an existing air combustion system is switched to a 100% oxygen burner), further improvements in production and fuel savings can be achieved.
