[Full text available for preview] Aluminum Surface Treatment Method Selection Flowchart

[Full text available for preview] Aluminum Surface Treatment Method Selection Flowchart

This time, we would like to introduce the "Aluminum Surface Treatment Method Selection Flowchart" that we hope everyone will find useful. In recent years, aluminum has been gaining attention, but its surface treatment methods are diverse. Many of you may be struggling with the question, "There are too many types; how do I choose the right treatment method?" Therefore, we have created a flowchart for selecting aluminum surface treatment methods, so please make use of it. We encourage you to take a look, and if you have any questions, please feel free to consult with us at Equal.

Resin Selection Flowchart [Compilation]

Resin Selection Flowchart [Compilation]

I will provide a brief explanation about plastics. First, plastics can be broadly categorized into "thermoplastic resins" and "thermosetting resins." Next, within thermoplastic resins, there are "super engineering plastics," "engineering plastics," and "general-purpose plastics." The higher you go, the better the performance, but the unit cost also increases, so it is necessary to accurately determine the required specifications. Furthermore, the addition of additives and composites complicates the selection process, but don't worry, as I will explain the key points for material selection concisely along with a flowchart!

Good Flowcharts and Bad Flowcharts (Technique Explanation)

Explaining techniques for those who are considering creating a business flowchart from now on.

In this document, we define a flowchart that aligns with its purpose as a "good flow" and a flowchart that makes achieving the objective difficult as a "bad flow." We will explain the differences between the two and introduce some techniques for transforming a bad flowchart into a good one. This can be useful for those who are: - Considering creating a business flowchart - Wanting to write a clear and easy-to-understand business flowchart - Looking to create a business flow systematically You can download the document from the external link page. Translucent test chart

It is the ideal tool for evaluating optical devices. We customize it according to measurement specifications such as resolution, positional accuracy, and gradient patterns.

The "Test Chart" is the ideal tool for evaluating the performance of optical devices. The transmission type is based on transparent glass or PET. The "Transmission Glass Chart" is a product that forms high-precision, high-resolution patterns using a chromium thin film on a transparent glass substrate. The pattern shapes typically include various line widths and spacings arranged regularly to check resolution, as well as dot patterns and crosses arranged in an array. The "Transmission Film Chart" features black patterns drawn on PET material. The size of the patterns can be as small as a minimum line width of 20 micrometers. It is characterized by the ability to create large-sized products. Additionally, Equa also performs precise outer diameter processing. Furthermore, color charts using glass or PET substrates can also be created. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Resolution Chart ■ Calibration Chart ■ Gradient Chart ■ Step Tablet ■ Glass Scale ■ Grid Chart *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Print paper chart

High definition on a paper base. Large sizes can also be created. This is a reflective chart characterized by a matte finish on the pattern surface.

The print paper chart is a reflective test chart made using black and white photographic paper, which is a photosensitive material. Equa's print paper chart comes in two types: a high-definition monochrome type that pursues fine line representation, and a gray type that takes advantage of the intermediate color representation unique to print paper. The former is used for calibration purposes of various optical products, resolution charts, distortion charts, and more. Typically, a film master is created first, and the print paper chart is produced based on that. It is drawn using a high-precision parallel light source exposure machine in a clean room managed at 23 degrees Celsius and 50% humidity. The unique exposure process reproduces the highest level of sharp pattern edges. Patterns can be created with a minimum line width of 30 micrometers. The latter is used for creating products for color management of scanners and optical devices. A pattern featuring step tablets and solid patches is representative. Reflective density, number of steps, and arrangement can be customized. The product can measure reflective density and is also compatible with the creation of color products. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.*

Color Reproduction Test Chart (Color Chart)

Introducing the carefully selected test chart from ImageEngineering!

The color reproduction test chart (color chart) is used to check the quality of a camera's color correction (reproducibility). On the other hand, this can also be seen as a subjective analysis of preferred colors and a measurement of color reproduction. In the latter case, the image is converted to the CIELAB space, and the color values are compared with the measured colors of the original target. A good method is to use the camSPECS device to measure spectral sensitivity. A commonly used chart for cameras in this field is the X-Rite ColorChecker, but ImageEngineering sells it as "TE188," while the IT8 for scanners is sold as "TE258." "TE226" is a transparent extended version of the ColorChecker. For cameras, the extended version becomes the X-Rite ColorChecker SG, which is sold as "TE230" and has become the standard test chart. [Features] ■ Used to check the quality of a camera's color correction (reproducibility). * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Resolution test chart

Introducing the selected test chart from ImageEngineering!

When testing digital cameras, an important metric is resolution. The resolution that complies with ISO standard 12233 (digital still cameras) and ISO standard 16067 (scanners) refers to the ability of an image capture device to reproduce the details of the scene being photographed. What is important here is that the number of pixels is not the same as resolution. The number of pixels is necessary to achieve the required resolution, but not only optical components such as lenses and aliasing removal filters, but also image processing significantly affects the camera's resolution. Additionally, the smaller the number of pixels, the greater the impact of optical components on the resulting resolution. We offer the "TE253" sine wave Siemens star chart, which allows resolution analysis at nine positions within the image, as well as the "TE268" in our lineup. [Features] ■ Variable aspect ratio (TE253 9x) ■ Fixed aspect ratios: 4:3 and 3:2 (TE268) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
