"OGNAS" is designed for various thermal spraying and silicone composite coatings, resulting in a surface roughness of the thermal spray coating on metals and ceramics that appears as a pearlescent texture. While the thermal spray coating offers benefits in terms of point contact and release properties, its roughness can sometimes affect customer products, leading to cases where desired applications cannot be used. In response to such feedback, we have newly added the silicone coating "S-8010," which forms fine irregularities without using thermal spraying. This is a composite coating that forms a base layer of special metallic fine powder and disperses silicone. Like OGNAS, it exhibits excellent release properties, preventing adhesive tapes and adhesives from sticking. The pencil hardness is above 4H, and it can be used at temperatures up to approximately 200°C. We can also provide coating sample plates. FloroSurf FG-5093 is a metal anti-fouling coating agent. By applying it, functions such as water and oil repellency, anti-fouling, non-stick properties, and low friction are imparted to the metal surface. When applied to a metal mask, it becomes difficult for cream solder and various pastes to adhere to the edges of the openings, improving the release. This leads to stabilization of printing and can resolve solder shortages in narrow pitch patterns. The coating film bonds by reacting with the metal surface, providing wear resistance. Additionally, the film thickness is at the nanometer level, so it does not affect the pattern accuracy of the metal mask. Furthermore, the coating components do not peel off, ensuring that printing accuracy and solder components are not affected.
