Exhibition at Plastic Japan! Plasma Coat / Silicera Coat 8022

Effective as various adhesion countermeasures! With high release properties and durability, it solves challenges on the manufacturing line.

The "Plasma Coat (Super Non-Stick Treatment)" features high hardness and durability of thermal spray coatings made from metals, cermets, ceramics, etc., along with the extremely high non-stick properties of silicone resin, and also possesses high grip friction characteristics. The "Shiricera Coat 8022" is a special silicone-based coating that achieves exceptional non-stick properties and surpasses fluorine-based coatings in hardness. It allows for lower temperature processing (180°C) compared to fluorine-based coatings, which helps suppress deformation of the substrate due to heat. Coating is possible on metal components such as aluminum, stainless steel, and iron. *Some CFRP components may also be applicable. Please consult separately. We will be exhibiting at "Plastic Japan," which will be held at Makuhari Messe from October 29 to October 31, 2024. We will have samples prepared, so please stop by when you visit!

Shine Kogei [Ceramic Coating for Resin and Engineering Plastics]

Formation of a high-hardness ceramic coating on resin and engineering plastic parts through low-temperature firing by Shine Kogei.

Conventional fluororesin coatings require high-temperature firing at 400°C, making it difficult to process materials other than metals. However, Shine Kogei's ceramic coating "Cera Armor" can form a film at low temperatures, allowing the functional properties of ceramics to be imparted to materials with low heat resistance, such as resins and engineering plastics.
