We will investigate whether this processing condition is good or bad, examining the state of cutting and grinding processes, and assist in achieving a better condition. [1] We will inquire about the processing conditions during cutting and grinding and conduct a current state analysis. - Observation and evaluation of the processing tools - Observation and evaluation of the processed chips - Observation and evaluation of the processed workpieces - Vibration evaluation of the machine tools and jigs used for processing - CAE analysis as needed - Chemical analysis of the coolant (water-soluble coolant) [2] We will convert the dilution water of the coolant into reform water for improvement analysis. - Quantitative comparison analysis of each item [3] Investigation of tool life, processing accuracy, and coolant life - Regular analysis - As necessary, we will conduct joint research with academia and perform quantitative analysis. After the current state analysis, once the processing conditions stabilize, we recommend using reform water KN1 for the dilution water of the water-soluble coolant to enhance cooling properties and reduce the coefficient of friction during processing.
