We provide new standards for production environments, including efficiency improvements in cutting/grinding processes with water-soluble and oil-based coolants, odor analysis, and energy conservation!
Our company provides products that are considerate of nature, like a nurse watching over human health and the environment, for businesses that use water in processes such as cutting, grinding, and cleaning. We pay attention to all production environments. We also focus on improving working conditions, including odor control, tool life management, energy-saving measures, processing condition reviews, and suitability assessments of lubricants. We handle parts processing and mold processing as well. Furthermore, we have begun to partially support non-water-soluble (oil-based) coolants! Additionally, we improve the production environment of various products through consulting and joint research with a Doctor of Engineering from Gunma National College of Technology. We also offer services such as chemical analysis, non-destructive testing using residual stress and ultrasound, structural analysis, molding, thermal fluid analysis simulations, and demonstrations. If you have concerns about our coolants or similar products, we can provide preliminary analysis free of charge in some cases, so please feel free to contact us with your requests.
