ATOMBOX (Patent No. 4189022 obtained)
Atom's business involves the design, manufacturing, sales, and consulting of large containers, ranging from boxes that can be carried by a person depending on the purpose.
The container developed by our company has been adopted for the Antarctic Dome Fuji Base observation project, designed to withstand extreme cold temperatures of minus 80°C, blizzards, and field specifications. With only minimal internal heat sources, such as the operating heat from embedded computers and special cameras, we have achieved environmental maintenance for observation instruments through our unique patented technology, overcoming significant design challenges. After repeated validation at our research facility, we received high praise for being able to "take a step into a field that no one had challenged before." The ultra-cold specification container has a cylindrical shape that prevents it from being blown away by blizzards with wind speeds of 50 m/s. By using various special materials, including stainless steel plates, EPS, ceramic vacuum beads, vacuum containers, and vacuum glass, we successfully demonstrated a lightweight and functional insulation box for measuring instruments. 【Features】 ■ Measurement box with temperature control ■ Solutions for weather resistance, waterproofing, soundproofing, and electromagnetic shielding ■ Easy-to-understand online proposals to find solutions to challenges *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
