Equipped with an alarm function, monitors cable disconnection and magnet detachment [Phoenix connector type (standard)].
An analog output controller that outputs the position of the magnet as 0-10V or 4-20mA.
Achieved a digital output (parallel) with a resolution of 1μm for the position of the magnet.
A controller that enables simultaneous analog output of position or velocity (optional).
Can be directly connected to the GY sensor probe.
Digital output controller with 7-segment LED display
Equipped with an alarm function, monitors cable disconnection and magnet detachment [terminal block type].
An analog output controller that outputs the position of the magnet as 0-10V or 4-20mA.
High-precision position control and load control can be easily configured using a single-axis hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder.
- Data exchange with upper field bus devices through the IRD master module. - Adoption of Simple Adaptive Control (SAC), one of the modern control theories, to automatically absorb the effects of parameter variations and aging degradation of the controlled object. - High-speed servo calculations at 200μs sampling, regardless of the cycle time of the upper PLC and field bus, enabled by DSP. - A high-precision positioning system can be configured with scalable resolution of up to 1μm by using magnetostrictive displacement sensors or A/B/Z phase pulse sensors as servo position feedback signals. - Equipped with two channels of analog voltage/current input, supporting load control using differential pressure from load cells or pressure sensors. - Automatic transfer function: synchronized control with other IRDS-SV or slave modules. - Control axis switching function: switch any control axis from GY sensor (or pulse sensor) / analog feedback. - One-axis motion program function built into the module. - Alarm detection function: sensor upper and lower limit, servo deviation, and servo oscillation alarms. - Self-diagnosis function: internal hardware abnormalities, sensor disconnection, sensor data anomalies. - RoHS compliant.
Latest control theory, servo controller adopting SAC
The I-SAC servo controller is a servo controller that completely surpasses traditional classical control represented by PID control. It achieves high-precision positioning control, load control, and pneumatic servo systems that were impossible with PID control. Additionally, when unpredictable changes in the environment occur, it automatically absorbs those changes based on adaptive rules, providing robust control. It has a built-in 32-bit DSP, supports both analog and digital inputs, and includes two independently controllable controllers, allowing for 2-axis control with the ability to switch between position/velocity and load/pressure control, making it versatile for various applications.

This is a sensor with a compact sensor head design due to the new design.
The GYPMR probe / GYLC controller is a sensor that has been compactly designed for the sensor head section. It has become possible to shorten the overall length of the mounting equipment when integrated into a hydraulic cylinder. With separately sold software, zero and span adjustments can be made at the customer's site. The controller for position output is the GYLC, but by combining it with the GYHC and GYDC-05 controllers, speed output and digital output are also possible.
