The "Mantle Heater" has insulation material, which provides good thermal efficiency, allowing for stable heating with a low electrical capacity even for complex shapes such as tanks, piping, valves, and pumps.
Additionally, it can be manufactured in any shape with a 95% success rate. However, for products with curves in their shape or those with tapers like funnels and hoppers, as well as complex shapes that require holes or cuts, we can manufacture them if you provide the heated container. If you provide the actual item or drawings, we will create a prototype for foam molding.
