P-CAM One-Piece Cutting Solution
The automatic cutting machine (NC cutting machine) P-CAM160/200, capable of ultra-high-speed single sheet cutting, has been renewed. With improved material fixation, the need for sealed vinyl during circular blade cutting has been eliminated, reducing running costs. The adoption of a highly durable mat has decreased the frequency of mat replacements to about 1/10, contributing to cost savings in labor for daily maintenance. When cutting fine parts, the addition of an optional vibrating blade cutter has expanded its versatility. Furthermore, the optional multi-pattern alignment function allows for pattern alignment at multiple locations by referencing a standard pattern captured by a camera.
