Countermeasures for clogging of discharge parts due to attached growth.

After the introduction, there was no damage to the hopper, and operations are running smoothly without any extra burden on the on-site personnel!

Due to the growth of adhesion and the occurrence of blockages near the hopper discharge area, we have installed a "blow disk" as a countermeasure. Previously, issues were addressed through manual hammering, which resulted in unevenness in the impacted areas. Since the introduction of this equipment, there has been no damage to the hopper, and the on-site personnel have been able to operate smoothly without any extra burden. 【Introduction Overview】 ■ Hopper Overview - Size: 500×600 - Discharge Area: 150×200 - Inclination: Approximately 70° ■ Equipment Arrangement - A standard blow disk (BD-15) has been installed near the discharge area on each side, totaling 4 units. 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign matter contamination. The silicone disk of this equipment excels in strength and durability. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. 0613 Elimination of potassium sulfate bridge

Air ON with the Brodisk at a time delay! Introducing a case that resolved a problem in one shot.

We received a consultation regarding a problem where a bridge occurs in the newly introduced air transport tank. The equipment flow is "air transport → dust collector → hopper → rotary valve → screw feeder," and even when poked with a stick, it only creates a hole and does not come out easily, resulting in a situation where it took a long time to finally resolve. Therefore, we installed a total of 8 Brody disks (BD-15) in 2 tiers. This completely resolved the issue. 【Case Summary】 ■ Equipment Flow: Air transport → dust collector → hopper → rotary valve → screw feeder ■ Problem Situation - Bridging in the hopper - Does not come out easily even when poked with a stick (only creates a hole) - Takes a long time to finally resolve *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

0660 At the foundry sand regeneration facility

Most cases, such as bridges and rat holes, can be easily resolved with this equipment!

We would like to introduce a case where "Blow Disks" were installed in a hopper (dust collector) that generates fine dust during the regeneration of foundry sand. The issue was that the fine dust easily absorbed moisture, causing bridging when stored in the dust collector hopper, making it impossible to discharge. We provided information on the arrangement and control of this equipment tailored to the customer's usage conditions, and after detailed discussions, it was implemented. The results have been excellent, with no bridging occurring at all. 【Overview of Arrangement and Control】 - A total of 8 Blow Disks (standard type BD-15) were installed, with 4 in the lower section and 4 in the upper section. The lower section was arranged in the left, right, and center, while the upper section had the 4 disks positioned towards the corners. - The 8 Blow Disks were sequentially aerated in pairs with a time delay using a controller (C-SV4) that incorporates 4 solenoid valves. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Elimination of remaining carbon black emissions.

There are many varieties of materials, and we received high praise from the customer for solving everything!

We would like to introduce a case where the issue of residual discharge occurring in the weighing hopper was resolved using a "Blow Disk." A customer consulted us, stating that there was a significant amount of residue adhering in the carbon black weighing hopper, and although they attempted to address it with a knocker and a vibrator, it was unsuccessful. They inquired whether the Blow Disk could help. We lent our product to the customer, who installed it in a dummy hopper and confirmed the air injection and vibration. After reviewing the hopper design, we provided recommendations for the appropriate model and configuration. As a result of the implementation, the residual amount was reduced to about 500g. The customer praised us highly, noting that there are many types of materials, and we were able to resolve the issue for all of them. [Implementation Overview] ■ Hopper Dimensions: Ø1000 ■ Discharge Section Dimensions: 200A *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
