The newly released small-diameter solid drill 'KDA Mini' features a revamped shape and coating, achieving stable hole drilling. ■ New shape "Triple & Double Margin" for stable processing The tip has a triple margin, while the middle section features a special double margin shape. This further improves machining accuracy and ensures space for chip removal, enabling stable processing. ■ New coating "MEGACOAT NANO EX" for long tool life Using "double-layer technology" that combines two types of special nano layers into a multilayer structure, it achieves high levels of wear resistance, adhesion resistance, and chipping resistance.
