The "Zero Valley GK-HFZ" that we handle is a hybrid drill for iron. The recommended cutting conditions are a cutting speed of V = 24 to 60 m/min and a feed rate of f = 0.039 mm/rev. It can create holes without burrs in a single pass without a pilot hole, and as long as there is no runout, the hole accuracy is below H6.
