The possibilities of decoration expand with on-demand transfer foil (ODF: On Demand Film). Small lots are also available.
It is a technology that produces transfer foil directly from design data using an on-demand printing system. The characteristic feature is that it does not require the plate-making process typical of conventional gravure printing or silk printing, allowing for immediate production of transfer foil. There are two types of on-demand transfer foil (ODF: On Demand Film): one for in-mold forming transfer and the other for heat transfer, both of which excel in small lot production and short delivery development.
