Preparation "Citric Acid Solution"

It is a pH adjuster that is odorless and poses a low risk of burns even if it accidentally comes into contact with the skin.

The "citric acid aqueous solution" is a formulation specifically for "UFD-80s" and "UF-120s." In the pH hypochlorous water supply system, pH adjustment is performed to enhance the sterilizing power of sodium hypochlorite. Therefore, as long as it is within the water quality standards of the Water Supply Act (pH 5.8 to 8.6), it is considered a processing aid and does not fall under food additives (pH adjusters).
