Gas treatment for adhesive removal from rubber and elastomer surfaces, improving sliding properties! Uniform coverage on any shape! Sample production available!
Fluorine gas treatment is a technology that directly contacts fluorine gas with rubber products and substrates to chemically modify the surface of the substrate. It can uniformly treat various substrate shapes, including O-rings, gaskets, sheets, and tubes. Unlike laminated coatings such as DLC or PTFE, there is no peeling off, and the effects last for a long time. It can be applied to various types of rubber, including fluororubber (FKM), silicone rubber, EPDM, (H-)NBR, and CR. Advanced adhesive removal is possible even for low-hardness silicone, which traditional surface treatments could not achieve. It is applicable in various fields such as medical, food, automotive, electronics, analytical instruments, and robotics.
