The carbon dioxide local application system "Breath" continuously monitors CO2 concentration using a sensor box installed in the greenhouse and efficiently applies the appropriate amount of CO2 locally as needed. By applying only the necessary amount to the required areas, it achieves low costs and promotes photosynthesis. Furthermore, by combining it with air, it is also possible to further reduce running costs, which can lead to improvements in yield and quality. Here is an example of its introduction for winter strawberries (Tochigi Prefecture). [Customer Feedback] The installation work was easier than I imagined, and I can do the maintenance of the piping myself if I want to. The functionality is sufficient for carbon dioxide application. The running costs were also lower than I expected. I believe they are probably comparable to combustion systems. A case where outdoor heating units installed at each tenant were switched to Fuji Gas, a carbon-neutral LP gas derived from Yamanashi Prefecture's forests, resulting in offset emissions.

We would like to introduce a case where the LP gas used for the parasol heaters installed at some dining establishments in Roppongi Hills, operated by Mori Building Co., Ltd., has been switched to "Fuji Gas Carbon Neutral LP Gas (FCN-LPG)" sourced from forests in Yamanashi Prefecture. The parasol heaters utilize LP gas, which is the fuel for outdoor heating devices used in terrace seating at dining establishments, and have been converted to FCN-LPG for carbon offsetting. Additionally, the FCN-LPG used in this instance employs offset credits created through the "Yamanashi Prefectural Forest Utilization Global Warming Countermeasure Project," which is associated with the World Heritage site, Mount Fuji. Fuji Gas refers to this FCN-LPG as "commonly known as Fuji Mountain LPG."
