[Case Study of 2-Layer Gasket] Connector

We would like to introduce examples of the adoption of round tube-shaped ring processed products for medical connectors and similar applications!

The casing has been miniaturized, and we were struggling with packing and EMC measures, but we would like to introduce a case where we adopted the round tube type ring processed product "Ultra Band Shield" for medical connectors due to its excellent adhesion in an extremely small size of φ1mm and hollow design. Products that do not have a hollow structure are rigid and require a "large compressive force" to achieve adhesion, but our product features a two-layer hollow structure with a conductive layer on the outside, and the inner core material does not compromise the properties of silicone, allowing for excellent conductivity, compliance, and adhesion with a "small compressive force." Additionally, it can be used over a wide temperature range.
