We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of an ozone generator at Ogoto Onsen Biwako Ryokusuitei. In recent years, the rising anti-smoking sentiment has led to an increasing demand for non-smoking rooms. After guests smoked in the rooms, we had been ventilating thoroughly and spraying deodorizing spray, but it was insufficient and led to complaints, which was a source of concern. Therefore, we introduced the "Ozone Cluster 1400" and conducted a trial run in the chairman's office, which is frequented by heavy smokers. However, due to the aging of the generators, their effectiveness had diminished, and in recent years, there had been an increase in customer feedback and complaints. We tried various deodorants, but saw no results, so we searched online and came across the "Ozone Cluster 1400," which we decided to implement. We would like to introduce a case where an ozone generation device was implemented at Iwasanro Iwasaki. In recent years, there have been many inquiries about non-smoking rooms and odor removal. The limitations of short-term deodorization using commercially available deodorants and air purifiers have become apparent, and rooms that are difficult to deodorize often take 1 to 2 days to achieve satisfactory results, during which time the guest rooms cannot be utilized, causing significant inconvenience. Therefore, we introduced our "O3 Clear 2." Previously, we would check the deodorized rooms multiple times while holding commercially available deodorants, but now, after setting it just once, deodorization is completed in about 30 minutes. Initially, even employees who were not very hopeful have become very satisfied and pleased as the efficiency of operations has improved.
