Reactive PUR hot melt adhesive

A high-heat-resistant hot melt with a lower melting temperature than typical hot melts, adhesive strength equal to or greater than that of conventional adhesives, and no issues of re-melting due to heat after curing.

Our reactive PUR hot melt adhesive has achieved top-class performance in Europe due to our successful development ahead of other companies. The features of this reactive PUR hot melt adhesive are as follows: - Low melting temperature (80-120°C) - Cured material that does not remelt due to heat (high heat resistance) - High adhesive strength comparable to or exceeding that of two-component reactive adhesives As a pioneer in reactive PUR hot melt adhesives, we offer a wide range of products in this series, allowing for product selection tailored to our customers' desired line speed, bonding methods, and equipment conditions.

Safe and high-performance water-based heat seal adhesive.

This is a high-performance adhesive with excellent safety, functionality, and ease of application. The resin has been dispersed in water using a unique post-emulsification technology.

Water-based heat seal adhesives are adhesives that disperse resin in water using a unique post-emulsification technology (water dispersions of hot melt adhesive resins). When coated on the material surface and dried, they enable thermal activation adhesion in subsequent processes. They can be applied using gravure printing machines, dry laminating machines, etc., and due to their higher concentration (non-volatile content) compared to organic solvent-based adhesives, they can accommodate coating thicknesses of 10μm (wet) depending on the material. We offer various grades suitable for materials such as paper, aluminum, treated PP, PVC, PE, and PET. They can be used for part coating, blister packs, tear tape, direct mail postcards, in-mold labels, cup containers, shrink labels, and more. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
