1. Safety and Security The flexible fluorine hose series designed by hose manufacturer Hakkou is equipped with specially designed ferrule fittings that are mechanically tightened. Every unit undergoes pressure and leak testing before shipment. As these are manufacturer-assembled products, there is no fluid leakage or fitting disconnection, ensuring safety and security. The ferrule fittings allow for easy piping work, enhancing work efficiency and standardization. 2. Hygienic Fittings with Minimal Liquid Trapping By adopting a nipple shape that minimizes liquid trapping, hygienic fluid transport is made possible. Additionally, the liquid-contacting parts of the fittings are lined with PFA, which offers excellent chemical resistance similar to the fluororesin (PVDF and ETFE) on the inner surface of the hose, making it suitable for a wide range of applications and fluids. 3. The hose is highly transparent, with excellent chemical resistance, hygiene, and cleanability!
