Infrared Lighting Infrared 3 Series

Long-wavelength infrared lighting

Ideal for inspections that are difficult with conventional infrared lighting. Infrared lighting using bullet-shaped LEDs with a longer wavelength than conventional 850nm infrared lighting. Inspections that were previously challenging, such as foreign object detection and moisture visualization within the workpiece, are now possible. Please also consider the Infrared series and the high-output Infrared2 series.

High Power Infrared Lighting - Infrared2 Series

High-output version of the Infrared Lighting Series.

Ideal for transmission inspection of packages, LCDs, and printed characters. IR transmission allows for recognition in liquid states. It also enables easy appearance inspection by transmitting characters and patterns. We offer peak wavelengths other than 850nm, and additional wavelengths are available beyond those listed here. Illumination in the same shape as visible light can also be produced. Please consider our Infrared series and Long-Wavelength Infrared 3 series. What is infrared light? We will introduce examples of foreign object and dent inspection using infrared illumination. Infrared light has a longer wavelength than visible light (light visible to the human eye) and is not visible to the human eye. Compared to ultraviolet and visible light, infrared light has a very low scattering rate, resulting in a high transmission rate, allowing it to pass through liquids and inks. Additionally, unlike halogen, the wavelength range is limited, so it does not affect photosensitive work.

Infrared Lighting Infrared 4 Series

Infrared lighting ideal for transmission inspection of silicon wafers and similar materials.

As a characteristic of infrared light with a wavelength of 1100nm, it can pass through silicon materials. It also falls within the sensitivity range of CMOS cameras, allowing for transmission inspection without the need for expensive infrared-only cameras like InGaAs cameras. Please also consider the Infrared series and the Infrared3 series of long-wavelength infrared lighting. What is infrared light? We will introduce examples of circuit pattern inspection using infrared lighting. Infrared light has a longer wavelength than visible light (light visible to the human eye) and is not visible to the human eye. Compared to ultraviolet and visible light, infrared light has a very low scattering rate, resulting in a high transmission rate, allowing it to pass through liquids and inks. In particular, light with a wavelength of 1100nm has the characteristic of passing through silicon. Additionally, unlike halogen, the wavelength range is limited, so it does not affect photosensitive work.

Ideal for transmission inspection of packages, LCDs, and printed characters. IR transmission allows for the recognition of states in liquids. It also enables easy appearance inspection by transmitting characters and patterns. In addition to the peak wavelength of 850nm, we offer a rich lineup of other wavelengths such as 780nm, 810nm, 890nm, and 940nm. Other wavelengths are also available beyond those listed here. We can also produce irradiation in the same shape as visible light. Please consider the high-output infrared lighting Infrared2 series and the long-wavelength infrared lighting Infrared3 series.
