Further cost reduction with Chinese-made MIM. Integrated production from mold to injection molding.
MIM is read as "Mimu" and is an abbreviation for Metal Injection Molding. It is a manufacturing method that obtains product shapes by injecting a mixture of resin and metal powder using an injection molding machine. This method allows for the use of machines typically used for resin injection molding, enabling the mass production of extremely small and complex-shaped metal parts in a single molding process.
Originally a technology developed in the United States, it has spread in Japan and is now also produced in countries such as India, China, and Taiwan. Due to its excellent characteristics, its adoption is expanding in medical devices, automotive parts, machine components, and electronic parts.
Our company primarily manufactures using iron, tool steel, and stainless steel. We achieve low costs by in-house designing and manufacturing molds. We also ensure short delivery times by transporting products by air.
