X-ray/γ-ray inspection "Radiographic Testing RT"

Introducing an inspection method using radiation for checking the inside of welds and materials!

This is an introduction to inspections using radiation. It may be easier to understand if you imagine X-rays used in health check-ups. We can provide clear information in film or data format, and we have many certified technicians according to JIS Z2305. If you want to check the interior, please consider RT inspections based on the standards. 【Target】 ■ Vehicles ■ Construction-related ■ Public works, etc. ■ Aviation and shipping-related ■ Building renovations ■ Companies involved with manufacturing *For more details, please contact us or refer to the PDF.

Clear reporting with data images! Digital Radiography (DR) examination.

Non-destructive testing of internal structures of cast steel products, etc. By using DRT, reports that were previously on film can now be done with data images!

Our company actively utilizes a method using DRT (Digital Radiography Technology) with IP (Imaging Plate) media, which replaces traditional film, to examine the internal structures and conditions of concrete structures, piping, cast steel products, and more. We can now provide imaging data as a replacement for film. One of the features of this machine (FUJIFILM Dynamix HR2) is that it allows inspection of objects with significant thickness differences in a single shot, thereby reducing inspection time. **Features of inspection using this machine (FUJIFILM Dynamix HR2):** - Analysis and measurement using dedicated software - Density correction is possible - Can inspect objects with significant thickness differences in a short time - Clear reporting through images *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Non-destructive testing "Radiographic Testing (RT)"

"We are confident in our technical skills." We play a role in ensuring safety and reliability through non-destructive testing. Leave it to the professionals who hold numerous technical qualifications.

<X-ray Transmission Testing> With high defect detection accuracy and the advantage of being able to retain X-ray film, this method has become the most commonly used testing method today. Using a portable X-ray device combined with film and sensitizing paper, it is possible to capture images of steel up to 80mm thick and concrete up to 400mm thick. <Concrete X-ray Exploration> There has been an increase in renovation work on buildings that are over a decade old, and during these renovations, it is common to drill holes in the concrete using core drills. Inside the concrete, there are embedded items such as rebar, electrical wires, and gas pipes. By exploring the interior of the concrete with X-rays in advance, it is possible to prevent damage to these embedded items. The X-ray exploration method involves taking X-ray images of concrete floors and walls, similar to how we take chest X-rays, allowing us to check the condition inside the concrete using film. <γ-ray Transmission Testing> Gamma rays are used for investigating the corrosion levels inside complexly shaped cast steel products and boiler tubes. Our company has a wealth of experience in handling various notifications to government agencies and conducting on-site inspections using dedicated irradiation rooms. *For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.*
