Clean Room Label

High purity dust-free labels designed for use in clean rooms (Class 1000). Manufactured in our own factory's clean room using proprietary equipment.

**Reasons for Achieving High Purity Dust-Free Labels** 1. Cleaning with Proprietary Dust Removal Equipment An air ejection device is attached to the winding machine, and particles are removed by spraying clean air filtered through a 0.1μm micro-syringe filter. The use of ionized air eliminates dust and particles at levels that are typically hard to remove. The air cleaning manufacturing method and equipment have been patented. 2. Material Selection Considerate of Dust Generation Label substrates and separators (label backing) use low-dust PET or dust-free paper. Paper tubes are not used due to their high dust generation. Instead, ABS resin tubes with an inner diameter of 3 inches are utilized. 3. Ensured Cleanliness During Delivery with Degassing Packaging Degassing and double packaging are performed in a clean room (Class 1000) using a heat shield method. The bags used are made of high-purity, additive-free transparent polyethylene. 4. Thorough Management of the Working Environment The cleanliness of the working environment (levels of airborne particles and microorganisms) is regularly inspected. A Class 1000 manufacturing environment is consistently maintained. The number of fine particles that could adversely affect the manufacturing process is measured using a device called a particle counter.

Ultra-low temperature environment compatible label

This is a label that is difficult to peel off even in extreme low-temperature environments such as liquid nitrogen immersion (-196°C) and deep freezer storage (-80°C).

Liquid nitrogen (−196℃), deep freezers (−80℃), dry ice (−79℃), and other extreme low-temperature environments are supported for freeze storage. These labels can be used for managing the display of medical and pharmaceutical materials that require storage and transport in extreme low-temperature conditions. By thoroughly exploring the optimal combination of the basic structure of the label (label substrate, adhesive, separator (backing)), we have achieved a special-purpose label that is difficult to peel off even in extreme low-temperature environments. 【Features of Extreme Low-Temperature Environment Labels】 - Can be immersed in the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen for storage. - Reliable adhesion that is difficult to peel off even with repeated temperature changes from low temperatures to room temperature, down to liquid nitrogen immersion (–196℃). - Follows curved surfaces well, allowing for secure attachment to vials, ampoules, test tubes, and more. - Excellent printability, compatible with thermal transfer printers and laser printers for printing.
