High-power DFB laser

High-output DFB laser with a maximum of 40mW

Nanosystems and Technologies GmbH (nanoplus) was independently established in 1998 from the Technical Physics Department of the University of Würzburg. The specialized technologies resulting from previous research, such as optoelectronic devices and custom-made microfabrication, were commercialized and passed on to nanoplus. nanoplus's DFB lasers are manufactured with a precision of ±0.1 nm over a wavelength range of 760 to 14,000 nm, and we have recently begun handling high-power DFB (ICL) lasers. The wavelengths available are 3345 nm and 4565 nm, with a maximum output of 40 mW. Other specifications are similar to those of nanoplus's previous DFB products. Additionally, in terms of packaging, we can offer fiber-coupled products in addition to the TO66 package type for the ICL products.

The LightWire FFS series is an optimal femtosecond fiber laser for seed light sources (CPA) for standard femtosecond YAG laser amplifiers. With fiber included, no alignment adjustments are necessary. The CHI model can produce pulses as short as 300 fs after compression. It also provides a wide spectral bandwidth of chirped pulses up to 12 nm (FFS200CHI). Additionally, it delivers high-quality beams with beam quality: M² < 1.1. The LightWire FPS series is a monolithic polarization-maintaining picosecond fiber laser. It offers turnkey operation, and with fiber included, no alignment adjustments are necessary. The wavelength-tunable seed light can overlap with the amplifier spectrum, making it highly cost-effective. Direct fiber output is obtained from an integrated controller, eliminating waste, and the turnkey easy operation and monolithic all-fiber design ensure maintenance-free operation.
