[Sample Presentation] Fluororesin Impregnated Coating Material "Tetras"
Wide temperature range of use -100℃ to +260℃! Products made from glass cloth, mesh, and aramid are also available!
"Tetoras" is a product made by impregnating glass cloth fabric with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and then sintering it. It combines the excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, non-stick properties, and electrical insulation characteristics of PTFE with the flexibility and mechanical properties of glass cloth. It can be used over a wide temperature range of -100 to +260°C (for glass cloth substrates). Products based on aramid are also available in addition to glass cloth mesh. (Application examples) Fluororesin, Teflon, fabric, conveyor belts, heat-resistant seals. *Samples are available for those who have downloaded the materials and wish to receive them.
