We would like to introduce our jointly developed product with Polyplastics Corporation, the "PPS Sintered Porous Body." Through the use of PPS resin (development product) by the company and the sintering technology accumulated by Tomei Industries over many years, we have successfully achieved the porous formation of PPS, which was previously difficult. As this is a new development, we are exploring applications. Additionally, we plan to exhibit at the "International Frontier Industry Expo 2023" to be held at the Kobe International Exhibition Hall from September 7 (Thursday) to September 8 (Friday), 2023. Exhibits high levels of durability and stability! A plastic sintered porous body effective against heat and chemical resistance.

PPS, PEEK, and PEKK were considered very difficult to mold, but our company has made it possible to mold filters. Due to the low elution levels, they are suitable for analytical filters, and the currently moldable pore sizes are 2μ for PEKK and 10μ for PEEK. We have samples available for filters with sizes ranging from 2 to 5μ.
