[Processing Example] Nozzle for Leather / Roller Pattern

An example where pure copper was used for the nozzle and brass was used for the roller pattern during processing!

We would like to introduce examples of processing for "nozzles for leather" and "roller patterns" that we have conducted. For the leather nozzle, we used pure copper as the material and processed it with a minimum nozzle hole diameter of 0.6 mm using a CNC lathe. For the roller pattern, we used brass as the material and processed it to an outer diameter of φ70 × inner diameter of φ65 × length of 100 with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm. Resin Spray Nozzle "King Nozzle" S-100 Series

High flow type full cone nozzle, spraying up to 800 L/min at 0.5 MPa.

The 【TYPE-S-100】 is a full cone spray type large flow rate spray nozzle. There are four types available based on the mounting screw size, each offering two spray angles of 90° (M) and 120° (W). The type with the largest mounting screw size of 2-1/2” (S-104X) achieves a flow rate exceeding 800 L/min at 0.5 MPa. The mist particles are very large and can also be utilized for their impact force. (Due to the large particle size, our measurement method cannot measure particle diameter.) It is ideal for watering large cooling towers, as well as for cleaning, cooling, defoaming, and humidifying with large volumes of water.

We only handle the TF type among the products of Bete-Fog Inc. in America. Its spiral shape has no internal obstructions, making it less likely to clog, and it has a larger particle diameter, which provides a strong impact force at high spray pressures.
