Jet nozzle made of paper-filled Bakelite (phenol) by Komuna Seisakusho!
Mass production support! We will manufacture jet nozzles using paper-filled Bakelite. We can accommodate your requirements regarding tolerances, distortion, warping, chipping, and other characteristics of the material.
At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we process jet nozzles using "paper-filled Bakelite (phenolic resin)" manufactured by Onuma Seisakusho. However, due to the presence of paper, it is characterized by a high incidence of defects, making it unsuitable for complex shapes. Additionally, since industrial machine-related jet nozzles often have complex shapes, if jigs or 4-axis/5-axis machining is required, the product price tends to be higher. [About Our Processing] ■ Machining (Mori Seiki) + NC Lathe Processing (Okuma) For processes such as indexing and screws, we use a method that does not require clamps or positioning jigs on a 4-axis machining center. ■ Material Paper-filled Bakelite (PL-PEM) is a phenolic resin with a paper-filled substrate, but due to its laminated nature, it is prone to defects such as gaps and cracks, making it less suitable for complex shapes. ■ Response For items needed immediately after a break, we will do our best to accommodate requests by utilizing weekends and holidays with a shift system. We can also handle items with large production numbers and shift to a mass production system. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
