We would like to introduce a case where the multipurpose oil "Bashital Force" was adopted at Company C located in Fukuoka Prefecture. The company was considering further reductions in CO2 emissions and had been soliciting improvement themes internally, but they faced challenges as progress was not as expected. In response, we proposed that "CO2 reduction can be achieved with oil." By switching from a general-purpose multipurpose oil to our product, they were able to achieve energy-saving effects. [Case Study] Heat Treatment Oil 'High Temp Oil G'

We will introduce a case that simultaneously achieved reduced distortion during sintering and shortened carburizing time.

We would like to introduce a case where the heat treatment oil "High Temp Oil G" was adopted by an automobile manufacturer. The manufacturer adopted this product, which is a high cooling oil, to reduce CO2 emissions in the heat treatment process. By switching from conventional hot oil, the effective hardened layer depth increased, allowing for a 30% reduction in carburizing time while still achieving the same effective hardened layer depth.
