Explanation of wetting dispersants, which are key materials for conductive additive dispersion!
This document discusses wetting dispersants for the creation of carbon and CNT paste for lithium-ion batteries. Wetting dispersants primarily act on the surface of conductive additives through three mechanisms: π-π interactions between the π electrons of the wetting dispersant and the conductive additive, acid-base interactions, and van der Waals forces. The document includes numerous figures, making it easy to reference. We encourage you to read it. 【Contents (partial)】 ■ Introduction ■ Status of the conductive additive paste market ■ Effects of wetting dispersants ■ Experiment 1: Evaluation of carbon paste creation ■ Experiment 2: Evaluation of cathode slurry creation *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
