Shinwa Packs Molding Process
Create a vacuum (reduced pressure) inside the mold by exhaust to tightly adhere the sheet to the mold for shaping!
We would like to introduce the process of molding that we carry out. Plastic sheets are fitted into a frame and heated, causing the mold to rise. By exhausting air, a vacuum (reduced pressure) is created inside the mold, allowing the sheet to adhere closely to the mold. The plastic is cooled and solidified, the mold is removed, and excess material from the molded product is cut out using a Thomson blade. Depending on the product, additional processing such as bending or heat sealing may be applied. 【Steps (partial)】 1. Heating 2. Setting 3. Molding 4. Cooling 5. Before Thomson cutting At Shinwa Packs, we manufacture blister packs through vacuum molding, produce component transport trays, and handle packaging such as blister heat sealing. *For more details, please contact us directly.
