Uniform polishing can be performed, resulting in improved precision! In addition to the standard rectangular shape, U-shaped options are also available.
Would you like to try groove processing on suede pads?
I believe suede pads are typically used in the final stages of polishing.
Therefore, the finish of the polished surface is important, but depending on the workpiece, there may be differences between the upper and lower polished surfaces. While this is not always the case, there may be instances where the polishing liquid does not fully drain on the lower side. By performing groove processing on the lower pad, the polishing liquid can be evenly distributed.
Additionally, if the workpiece is thin and light, there can be a phenomenon where it sticks to the upper side. This can be mitigated by performing groove processing on the upper pad.
We offer groove shapes in addition to the standard rectangular shape, including U-shaped grooves. By making the edges of the grooves obtuse, we can reduce surface defects, and since the flow rate of the polishing liquid increases, uniform polishing can be achieved, resulting in improved precision.
