[Example] Case of Custom Pallet Production

Case of a 1-ton large part! Preparing a pallet dramatically improves work and transportation efficiency.

Our company designs and manufactures logistics transport equipment and car AV installation kits. This time, we would like to introduce a case that resolved a minor inconvenience within the factory. The case we are introducing involves a large part weighing about 1 ton, shaped like a trumpet. To stabilize it, the wider part was placed vertically facing down. At the assembly line where it was transported, it had to be rotated from vertical to horizontal. Therefore, we created a dedicated pallet. This allowed the part to be placed horizontally in a stable manner, enabling it to be transported by forklift directly from inspection to the assembly line, significantly improving work efficiency. Since it can also be placed on the truck with the pallet, unloading time has been reduced. 【Overview】 ■ Current situation: Large part weighing 1 ton placed directly ■ Problem: It is cumbersome as it needs to be rotated once during transport ■ Proposal: Creation of a dedicated pallet ■ Results ・Can be placed horizontally in a stable condition ・Improved work efficiency *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Example: A case of producing pallets from molded expanded polystyrene.

We will introduce a case where we reduced line startup costs through innovations in pallets!

Our company designs and manufactures logistics transport equipment and car AV installation kits. This time, we would like to introduce a case that solved a minor hassle within the factory. This case involves a manufacturer that produces small components related to automotive engines. A new process was established for robots to place high-precision parts onto pallets. We planned to transport them using aluminum pallets that perfectly matched the size and shape of the workpieces, but they were costly at over 10,000 yen each. Therefore, we created high-precision pallets made from molded polystyrene. With a price of around 1,000 yen, this resulted in significant cost savings. [Overview] ■ Problem: High cost of aluminum pallets that fit the size and shape of the workpieces ■ Proposal: Manufacture high-precision pallets from molded polystyrene ■ Result: Significant cost reduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] A case where the efficiency of transportation work was significantly improved.

We will introduce examples of significantly improved work efficiency in the transportation of heavy objects!

Our company designs and manufactures logistics transport equipment. This time, we would like to introduce a case that resolved a minor inconvenience within the factory. Everyone involved in manufacturing is, of course, an expert in manufacturing technology. On the other hand, when it comes to transport, it may not be their area of expertise, and it is often not given much consideration. As a result, our company frequently notices unexpected blind spots by observing the site. For example, heavy items were being loaded onto trucks using a crane, which took over 30 minutes. By creating a pallet for loading heavy items and deciding to use a forklift for loading, the process was completed in about 5 minutes, significantly improving work efficiency. There are many such examples. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Dramatically improve work and transportation efficiency! Case studies of production line solutions.

Solving the hassle of rotating 1-ton parts and improving efficiency! Introduction of a case study that resolves concerns.

Our company designs, manufactures, and sells logistics transport equipment. This time, we would like to introduce a case involving large parts weighing around 1 ton with a trumpet shape. To stabilize the parts, we placed the flared section down vertically, but it was necessary to rotate them from vertical to horizontal on the assembly line where they were being transported. We resolved this issue by preparing a pallet. At our company, a dedicated representative is responsible for everything from hearing your needs to design, estimation, manufacturing, and delivery. Because they are dedicated, we can manufacture in a way that closely aligns with our customers' needs. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenge: We want to find a way to rotate parts that weigh 1 ton. ■ Solution: By preparing a pallet, the efficiency of work and transport dramatically improved. - Can be placed stably on its side. - Can be transported with a forklift, significantly improving work efficiency. - Can be placed on the truck along with the pallet, greatly reducing unloading time. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Example] Case study of the production of egg carton-shaped pallets.

Quickly launch a new line with a dedicated pallet! Eliminate the hassle during transportation.

Our company designs and manufactures logistics transport equipment and car AV installation kits. This time, we would like to introduce a case that resolved a minor hassle within the factory. This case is from a factory that produces electronic components. A new product line was launched, and it was decided to transport a special pallet containing small parts directly to the outsourcing partner. However, due to the nature of the special pallet, there were concerns about the risk of loss. To address this, we prepared a pallet shaped like an egg carton. By simply placing it on top like a lid and flipping it over, we can separate the pallets used for internal transport from those used for external transport. Since the special pallets do not need to be transported, production utilizing outsourcing was able to ramp up quickly. [Overview] ■ Current situation: Want to transport special pallets containing small parts to the outsourcing partner ■ Problem: Concerns about the risk of loss due to the special pallets ■ Proposal: Prepared egg carton-shaped pallets ■ Results - Can separate pallets for internal transport from those for external transport - No need to transport special pallets *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
