The automatic lift shutter is assembled in-house, where electrical wiring and operational checks are conducted. The drive unit is a crucial part that significantly affects the performance and quality of the soundproof room, so we take ample time to check it thoroughly within the factory before shipment. Additionally, 10-ton trucks and large trailers can access the factory. The wiring for the automatic lift shutter remains intact, and the entire drive unit is transported to the site in a modular state. At the delivery site, the automatic lift shutter unit will be installed. Since most of the checks have already been completed in-house, the on-site work will focus on the integration with existing equipment and final movement checks. We received a request from a customer stating that noise from the machine tools was leaking from under the platform and was quite loud, and they wanted us to address this while considering aesthetics and maintenance. We proposed an optimized solution. We designed the soundproof panels to be thinner, taking into account maintenance space in the platform frame, and the customer was satisfied with the soundproofing, maintenance, and appearance.
