Mixing Technology of Old Paper and Plastics - Recycling of Old Paper -

A key point is to uniformly disperse into the melted plastics! Introducing a technology realized using a twin-screw extruder.

Recycled paper is mainly referred to as recycled paper in the context of old paper recycling, but there are other uses for old paper, such as cushioning materials and packaging made by blending old paper with plastics, as well as various containers. The blending of old paper and plastics is one of the technologies that should be established urgently from an environmental protection perspective. In the recycling of old paper using an extruder, the various forms of old paper and their low bulk density result in poor feedability into the extruder. Additionally, since paper is fibrous, it tends to tangle easily, making it a significant challenge to uniformly disperse it into the molten plastics. We have achieved the blending and pelletizing of old paper and plastics using our twin-screw extruder 'TEX'. 【Mixing Technology】 ■ Stability of raw material feed ■ Dispersion of old paper ■ Low-temperature extrusion ■ Devolatilization *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Chemical recycling using a twin-screw extruder "TEX"【Recycling】

Efficiently producing high-quality recycled plastic. Initiatives towards CSR and SDGs.

This is an introduction to our continuous chemical recycling technology for plastics, utilizing our twin-screw extruder 'TEX' and associated equipment. The raw materials are continuously decomposed through shear heating by the extruder's screw and heat transfer from the cylinder heater. By condensing and recovering the decomposition gas into liquid monomers downstream of the extruder, we can efficiently remove decomposition gases and residues, resulting in high-quality monomers with harmful substances removed. 【Features】 ■ Efficient continuous production of high-quality recycled plastics ■ Capable of recycling various materials other than acrylic ■ Stable supply of raw materials in various shapes, such as film scraps and crushed pieces, to the extruder ■ Specification considerations using test equipment are also possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
