Automated warehouse: Realizing the automation of transportation.

Achieving automatic transportation from the manufacturing site to the product and parts management process.

<Achieving Automatic Transport from Manufacturing Site to Product and Parts Management Process> - Significant reduction in labor hours through automation of inbound and outbound logistics By predicting parts shortages on the production line in advance, it is possible to shorten downtime and improve operational efficiency. - Promotion of DX (Digital Transformation) at each layer In addition to improving operational efficiency at the "machine level" by reducing downtime, it is possible to enhance productivity at the "line and factory level" by understanding necessary inventory levels and order quantities, as well as enabling system integration with core systems like ERP and MES. We promote the DX of parts management processes at each layer to reduce management labor hours. <Case Study Introduction> ◇Before The distance to the warehouse places a heavy burden on workers. We want workers to handle various tasks. Transporting parts requires a lot of manpower. ◇After We achieved automatic transport using AGVs. Since we were able to reduce working hours, workers can now engage in other tasks. <Related Products> Automated Warehouse ISM Series Automated Transport Robot - Autonomous Mobile Robot *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] New Era successfully develops AMR specifically for the medical field.

New Era AI Robotic Inc. has successfully developed a medical field-specific AMR in collaboration with Intel and ADLINK.

The healthcare system is an invaluable asset to modern society, but there has been little technological effort to address the impending shortage of healthcare workers and to alleviate their physical and mental stress. Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in 2020, hospitals have been under excessive strain and are on the brink of collapse; however, the development of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to meet various medical needs is progressing. Taichung Veterans General Hospital has successfully used AMRs for the non-contact transportation of large surgical medical equipment in collaboration with New Era AI Robotic Inc. (N.ERA) and ADLINK, eliminating the delivery burden on medical staff and achieving a reduction of 5,000 hours of labor annually. Therefore, Taichung Veterans General Hospital first introduced AMRs to reduce labor costs associated with time-consuming repetitive tasks. The hospital, which was considering the introduction of AMRs, realized that the most labor-intensive task for the medical group was the delivery of heavy surgical instruments and equipment. In this regard, N.ERA examined the issue with the expectation that automating repetitive tasks in the hospital would allow healthcare workers to focus on other emergencies and responsibilities, and developed a meticulous plan.
