We would like to introduce a case of processing crankshafts for agricultural machinery at our company. After forming the rough material through cold forging and applying heat treatment (quenching and tempering), we perform rough machining of the outer diameter using a lathe. Key grooves and thread rolling are carried out, and the shaft section and pin holes are finished with polishing.
