We would like to introduce a case where we designed and developed a power supply board for a low-cost model of a household sewing machine. We were developing a switching power supply board for our customer, but we received a request to develop a more affordable power supply board for the low-cost model. We would like to introduce a case where we developed a control board for a household sewing machine. The customer did not have engineers strong in firmware development, circuit design, or board design, so they consulted us. They requested not only to meet the functional and reliability specifications but also to produce the board at a low cost. Based on our proposal, the main control board was designed to connect to a PC and function as a communication board that operates based on the operational data created on the PC. This communication is conducted via USB, and the specifications allow for communication with the LCD controller and function tester via RS-232C. We would like to introduce a case where we received a development request for a receiving board that controls operations through wireless communication with a smart key from a housing equipment manufacturer. In this key system, in addition to integration with the smart key, locking and unlocking can be performed from a smartphone. The board is embedded within a metal door, raising concerns about potential communication issues, necessitating countermeasures. Regarding integration with smartphones, we developed the board in a way that is compatible with the selected communication interface, BLE. Additionally, we installed a prototype in a real environment and improved the antenna, successfully developing a reader board that can receive signals without issues. We would like to introduce a case where we received a request from a housing equipment manufacturer to develop a circuit board for a smart key to be used in a key system. The cover for the smart key was designed by the customer, and it was necessary to develop a circuit board that could achieve miniaturization while considering the required specifications. Additionally, the smart key required operation on a button battery, and it was essential to design for low power consumption to ensure that the battery replacement frequency would be over one year. For power saving, we utilized the microcontroller's sleep mode. We would like to introduce a case of developing a pressure measurement sensor board used in medical training equipment, including mechanical design for the equipment. We provided comprehensive support not only for the board but also for the mechanical design, including the cover, and were selected as the ODM company that could handle assembly as well. This device is battery-operated, and while there was a request for power saving, we addressed this during the firmware development phase by utilizing the microcontroller's sleep function. A case where development was carried out by fully utilizing our company's know-how in motor control.

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request for the development of a circuit board for a key system sold under the client's own brand from a residential equipment manufacturer. It was necessary to develop a circuit board that not only controls motors but also enables communication with other circuit boards via wired connections, and allows for the recording of locking and unlocking operation history, covering all of these specifications. This circuit board controls two motors. There was a concern about operational failures due to the long physical distance between the motors and the power supply, which could lead to voltage drops and reduced current. To mitigate voltage drop, we implemented low power consumption control. We utilized our expertise in motor control to ensure the reliable operation of both motors during development. A case where we participated from the prototype development stage and supported all the way to mass production!

We would like to introduce a case where a communication board used in an interior chair was developed. Our customer had no expertise in embedded hardware design and development and wanted to request development from a company that could handle everything from circuit design and board design to implementation in a consistent manner, so they consulted with us. In response, we conducted design work for digital circuits and boards, focusing on noise reduction and miniaturization. Additionally, there was a request to minimize the production costs of the board, so we designed it to allow for single-sided mounting. A case where stable communication was achieved by optimizing the operating mode of the BLE module.

We would like to introduce a case where we developed a lithium-ion battery control board to be mounted in fan-equipped wearables. The fan operation of this wearable is controlled via a smartphone, which required us to design the interface and control to enable integration with the smartphone. Additionally, due to a short development period, it was necessary to bring the prototype to completion within a short lead time, and we were entrusted with this task because our company provides consistent support in both hardware and software design. For this product specification, there is a metal (cell) near the circuit board, which could cause issues with BLE communication, necessitating countermeasures. However, we achieved stable communication by optimizing the operating mode of the BLE module. [Our Proposals and Services] - The specifications have been changed to a 12V output, and the cell connection has been modified from 2 series and 2 parallel to 4 series, optimizing the output voltage control specifications. - The software specifications on the device allow for checking the battery level via a smartphone, and we designed the circuit and board to ensure that there is no discrepancy between the actual charging/discharging amounts and the battery level displayed on the smartphone. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
