Problem-Solving Materials: Utilizing 3D Data Edition 1-2-1 | Pre-Deformation of Print Data

What are the tips for successfully achieving "pre-deformation" to eliminate distortion in metal 3D printing? A resource for discovering and solving challenges in the production field.

This document is a series that proposes solutions to various challenges faced in production sites, from identifying issues to finding solutions. In the "3D Data Utilization Edition," we will introduce various solutions to manufacturing challenges through the use of 3D data. This document specifically focuses on the theme of "pre-deformation of print data," detailing methods to eliminate deformation in metal 3D printing. [Document Overview] Metal 3D printing is still a relatively new manufacturing technology compared to traditional manufacturing methods, and as such, the know-how has not yet been established. One of the challenges that frequently arises in metal 3D printing is "model deformation," and a method currently gaining attention for addressing this issue is "pre-deformation." Pre-deformation involves anticipating model deformation and designing the model based on analysis results to be "pre-deformed." As the use of metal 3D printers expands, this method is expected to gain even more attention in the future. This document explains the concept of introducing pre-deformation and provides easy-to-implement methods for anyone. *You can download the document using the button below.

Marsugo: 3D printing that enables environmentally friendly operations with zero material waste.

Zero material waste! We will explain the amazing features of "Fuse 1 & Fuse Sift," which can operate in an environmentally friendly manner for both users and the environment.

Marsugo is a document that picks up the functions and features of various products and introduces the "amazing" aspects of them. This time, we will introduce the powder bed fusion 3D printer "Fuse 1 & Fuse Sift," which enables eco-friendly operations with almost zero waste materials. Nowadays, companies around the world are engaging in activities aimed at achieving the SDGs. In this context, manufacturing with 3D printers has been recognized early on as a concept aligned with the SDGs, as it allows for the production of only the necessary items in the required quantities. However, it is true that conventional 3D printing requires "support materials," and the materials used for supports must be discarded, raising environmental concerns. That’s why we are introducing the "Powder Bed Fusion 3D Printing System Fuse 1 & Fuse Sift." This amazing 3D printing system allows for operations that are friendly to both the environment and users, with "almost zero material waste." Furthermore, the products created have the characteristics of "high functionality and high quality," which can further expand the range of applications for 3D printed products. *You can download the document from the button above.

Marsgo can 3D print with pellets despite being desktop-sized.

3D Printing with Pellets on Your Desktop! Explaining the Amazing Features of the "Tumaker NX・BIGFoot Series" Print Head | System Create

Marsugo is a document that picks up the functions and features of various products and introduces the "amazing!" aspects. 3D printers that can create shapes using pellet materials are gaining attention. However, due to structural limitations, most of them are large in size... Have you ever thought that it would be more convenient if there were smaller printers available? Introducing the newly launched desktop 3D printer "Tumaker NX Pro・BIGFoot Pro series," which can use both pellet and filament materials. To set up the materials, simply load the pellet material into the hopper. After that, you can use it with a user experience that is almost the same as a typical FDM 3D printer. In this document, we provide a detailed explanation of the unique structure and mechanism of the print head that enables stable printing with pellets, so please take a look. *You can download the document using the button below.

[Production Example] 3D Printer (SLA) 'Shachihoko/Skeleton'

The moldable size is [X]850mm × [Y]650mm × [Z]400mm! Sizes larger than this can also be produced by dividing them.

We would like to introduce examples of photopolymer production by our company. The "shachihoko" was created by converting a photo into 3D data and then fabricated. Since we planned to incorporate a movable unit inside, it was produced in two parts that are split at the center. Additionally, the "skull" is a medical mock-up produced as a complete integrated model. The interior of the skull is hollow, and the layer pitch is 100μm. 【Shachihoko Case Overview】 ■ Layer Pitch: 100μm ■ Size: 220mm × 100mm × Height 250mm ■ Final Finish: Layer polishing removal, coating material spraying (Our produced items: standard finish) *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
