Piezoelectric evaluation system

We are advancing the proposal of various piezoelectric evaluation methods that meet needs and the development of various measuring instruments!

Piezoelectric materials are functional materials that expand and contract when a voltage is applied, and they are widely used in actuators and various sensors. In recent years, these piezoelectric devices have expanded from traditional ceramics to applications using resin films and thin-film substrates due to the miniaturization and increased sensitivity of the equipment they are mounted on. Our company is advancing the proposal of various piezoelectric evaluation methods tailored to customer needs and the development of various measurement instruments based on the evaluation technology cultivated with traditional ceramics, in response to the diversification of these materials and devices. [Features] ■ We are advancing the proposal of various piezoelectric evaluation methods and the development of various measurement instruments tailored to customer needs in response to the diversification of materials and devices. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

D33 meter pressure display gauge "Load Tester"

Compared to ceramics, it is softer and undergoes elastic deformation, affecting the d33 value!

The "Load Tester" is a pressure display device for d33 meters with a measurement range of 0.01 to 9.99N (resolution: 0.01N). Compared to ceramics, it is softer and undergoes elastic deformation, which affects the d33 value. Therefore, to ensure a constant load is applied, the piezoelectric materials (such as resin and thin film substrates) can monitor and adjust the applied load based on the load applied. By attaching this device to the d33 meter body, it monitors the pressure directly applied to the specimen. 【Features】 ■ Softer and undergoes elastic deformation compared to ceramics, affecting the d33 value ■ Attaches to the d33 meter body to monitor the pressure directly applied to the specimen *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Demonstration Experiment of Earthquake Monitoring Targeting the Nagoya Bridge

It was trial-introduced to understand the complex behavior during large-scale earthquakes and to refine response analysis techniques.

This is an introduction to a case where 'sonas x01' was adopted for a demonstration experiment aimed at elucidating the damage mechanisms of infrastructure structures, such as bridges, by measuring their vibrations during an earthquake, and translating that into reinforcement and design methods. In constructing this monitoring system, there was not a single location where a fixed power source could be utilized. Therefore, it was required that all nodes, including the master unit and nodes for internet connectivity, be battery-operated, and that they have a data upload function to confirm acceleration data during an earthquake without having to go to the site. Such requirements, which are considered difficult with general sensor network technology, were achieved with this product without the need for additional special implementations or settings. 【Case Study】 ■ Installation Site: Yokohama National University ■ Challenges Before Installation - Earthquake monitoring was necessary to elucidate the damage mechanisms of structures. ■ Reason for Selection - The power-saving capability that enables continuous monitoring outdoors without a power source was a key factor. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Use Case] FFT Vibration Measurement of Ball Screws [Fault Prediction Detection and Predictive Maintenance]

Alert before defective products occur! Introducing examples of reduced production equipment failures.

We would like to introduce a case where the 3-axis accelerometer of "ParaRecolectar" was used to predict failures through vibration measurement of ball screws. In the scroll processing of the workpiece, there was a challenge in not knowing the degree of deterioration of the ball screw, which led to bearing failures and a decline in product quality. As a result of the implementation, the replacement costs were reduced by 85% annually, line downtime improved from 128 hours to 0, and defective products decreased from 4,000 units to 0. [Case Summary (Partial)] ■ Challenges - Eliminate product quality defects - Implement planned maintenance ■ Implementation Method - Installed accelerometers near the bearings of the shaft *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Use Case] Early Detection of Bearing Abnormalities [Failure Prediction Detection and Predictive Maintenance]

From sudden failures to planned maintenance! Introducing cases of early detection using FFT.

We would like to introduce a case where bearing abnormalities were detected early using a 3-axis accelerometer from "ParaRecolectar" through FFT. In the process of molding powdered raw materials, equipment stoppage due to bearing failure was a significant issue. As a result of the implementation, we were able to monitor the vibrations of the bearings and detect signs of failure (abnormal sounds caused by damage to the bearing case). 【Case Overview (Partial)】 ■Issues - Equipment stoppage occurred due to bearing failure in the process of molding powdered raw materials. - Replacing the bearing after failure incurs significant losses. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
