The Everloy air nozzle maximizes the use of compressed air. In pursuit of this philosophy, we devise various internal structures for nozzles and design the optimal air nozzle. To optimize the air nozzle, we believe it is important to ensure that it can perform effectively with minimal air volume while also maintaining an even distribution of the air velocity (impact force) that is ejected. At Everloy, we use cutting-edge fluid analysis to repeatedly simulate the uniformity of the impact force distribution, prototype based on these simulations, and verify the results through actual measurements before commercialization. Additionally, fluid analysis is also applied to compare different shapes. By comparing them, we analyze and understand the characteristics of various air nozzles, verifying which type is most suitable for energy saving, high impact force, low noise, and high efficiency, and we have published a number of developed nozzles.
