Vertical Multi-Joint Robot "TVM Series"

The TVM series of vertical multi-joint robots from Shibaura Machine meets a wide range of automation needs with heavy payload capacity, high inertia, and three variations of arm lengths.

The TVM series of vertical multi-joint robots from Shibaura Machine has achieved a balance between high inertia for heavy payloads of up to 20 kg and lightweight construction of the main body. In addition to three variations of arm lengths (900 mm, 1200 mm, 1500 mm), the operational range can be further expanded with the option of mounting on orthogonal axes. This contributes to automation, labor-saving, and efficiency, addressing a wider range of process automation needs, along with a feature-rich controller, programming support software, and software solutions such as bulk picking packages. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Proposal for Automation by Sanwa Seiki

Automation equals rationalization! Rationalization in manufacturing leads to labor reduction and increased productivity!

When automation of the production line is realized, productivity will significantly improve. It will become one of the important initiatives that leads to a reduction in employee labor and work style reforms, but it is not always the case that efficiency increases with automation of everything. Since rationalization can greatly change specifications due to various demands, it is necessary to clarify the items for waste reduction. At Sanwa Seiki, we will listen to your current issues and provide appropriate proposals. 【Target Lines for Automation】 ■ Manual processing lines (including some manual lines) ⇒ Many manual tasks, unable to accommodate other lines ■ Reconstruction of fully automated lines ■ Mass production lines / Small lot production lines for various products *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Robot operations

We will create programs for robots used in FA and perform teaching tasks.

Our company has specialized in FA operations focused on PLCs, but starting this year, we have also begun creating robot programs and performing teaching tasks during startup. We work with various types of robots, including articulated and SCARA robots, from different manufacturers. If there are companies facing a shortage of personnel for robot startups, our engineers can assist with the startup tasks.

Case Study of Stove Robot Implementation in the Medical Device Field

Pioneers in medical device manufacturing! Introducing case studies of Stoveri robots in the field of medical devices.

We would like to introduce case studies of the "Stobri Robot" in the medical device field, handled by Stobri Co., Ltd. The manufacturing of complex tracheal tubes was not considered a candidate for automation until recently. The Italian system manufacturer Elettrosystem has achieved the automation of this precise manufacturing process using our 6-axis robot. The task of winding complex springs is performed by a program synchronized with a linear system, and our robot made this process possible due to its high repeatability and trajectory accuracy. [Case Studies] - Automation of spiral tube manufacturing - Surface polishing of implants - Destruction testing of inhalers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case Study of Stove-Robo Robot Implementation: Aseptic Filling of Vials

Three robots thriving in a sterile environment! Introducing case studies of stove robots.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Stobri Robot" handled by Stobri Co., Ltd. In the case of Como in Italy, when attempting to integrate a robot into the next-generation Steriline system, they faced the problem of not being able to find a robot that could be used permanently in an environment that meets clean class (ISO 5) and uses HVP (hydrogen peroxide gas). As a solution, we integrated three of our "TX60 SteriClean Robots" into the new system to perform transport tasks. As a result, the number of parts in the equipment was significantly reduced, and cleaning and sterilization of the equipment became much easier. [Case Study] ■ Italy Como ■ Challenge: Unable to find a robot that can be used permanently in an environment using HVP ■ Result: The number of parts in the equipment was significantly reduced, making cleaning and sterilization easier. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Case Study of Stove Robot Introduction [Automation in the Lab]

High-tech solutions in laboratory research! Introducing the case of the stove robot.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Stoburi Robot" handled by Stoburi Co., Ltd. The number of samplings in the lab continues to increase, and lab researchers are increasingly relying on automation. In the case implemented in the lab, our 6-axis robot "TX60" is responsible for transporting microtiter plates (MTPs) between various stations within the system. The robot not only works at high speed but also requires accuracy, and the "TX60" handles these tasks with ease. [Case Study] ■ Location: Lab ■ Product Introduced: TX60 Robot Arm - Responsible for transporting microtiter plates (MTPs) between various stations within the system. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
