The boundary between the plasma irradiation area and the mask area is clearly defined! Introducing the results of the masking effect.

We would like to introduce the results of confirming the discoloration of the areas with and without a mask after plasma treatment, where part of "PLAZMARK" was masked. The unmasked areas showed yellow discoloration with O2 plasma and gray discoloration with Ar plasma, while no discoloration was observed in the masked areas.
